Lead Apostle and Apostles observing the COVID-19 Protocols
10 June 2021

Lead Apostle Benjamin Ohene-Saffo conducted a divine service at Tsavanya for Ministers and their wives in the Sogakope District of the Volta South Apostle Area on Saturday, 15th May, 2021.  Apostles Anthony Kuada and Richard Osei accompanied him and supported him to feed 77 souls with ‘the Word.’

The text-word for the service was 1 Corinthians 4:1, ‘This is how one should regard us, as servants of Christ and stewards of the mysteries of God.’   In his teaching, Lead Apostle highlighted the responsibility of everyone in the vineyard of the Lord, but stressed the duties of ministers and their wives.

The Lead Apostle continued that “…Take note that you are ministers and stewards in whom authority and power have been vested to execute tasks that would glorify God. The mystery to develop the souls through that commission is your core mandate.  You are not lords, but servants; therefore, remember your vow, respect your blessing-bearers, accept all members with love, maintain peace, never degrade Deacons before your wives or divulge secrets of members.”  He also urged the sisters not to provoke ministers, but to support them to perform their priestly duties diligently.

He ended that members should reject the devil outrightly as Christ did, exhibit Christ-like life to deliver the last soul.

After the service, Lead Apostle Ohene-Saffo inspected an on-going church building project at Tsavanya.
