On Thursday 22nd August, 2019, District Elder Asafo Agyei led the morning devotion based on the text word 2 Corinthians 3:2-3, “You are our epistle written in our hearts, known and read by all men; clearly you are an epistle of Christ, ministered by us, written not with ink but by the Spirit of the living God, not on tablets of stone but on tablets of flesh, that is, of the heart” He was assisted by priest Abrefah Noah (Techiman) and Priest Job Sarfo (Nkoranza).

Health talk on Hepatitis B
After an hour and thirty minutes’ break, members reconvened for a health talk on Hepatitis B by the Ghana Permaculture Institute. Youth members were advised to go for a test to know their status and to seek immunization and early treatment should there be a trace of the virus in their system.

Safety Measures
There was a talk on ‘Safety Precautions in Our Environment’ by Community Evangelist Kwaku Boateng who also doubled as a Fire service officer under Kintampo Fire Service Division. He based his presentation on the following objectives; gaining an understanding of what fire is and its consequences, ensuring that the youth are fully aware of what actions to take in the event of fire outbreak or the fire alarm actuating, understanding how to fight a fire (if it is safe to do so).

Youth in career and marriage
The youth were advised to desist from ungodly relationships and fornication and marry as early as possible if only they can. Youth were encouraged to have enough courtship and counseling before and during their marital journey. This was said during a talk on Youth and Marriage by District Elder Paul Yeboah. He also spoke on Youth in Career.

Choreography and Drama
Around 6:30 PM, there was a poetry recital and choreographical display by the youth of Techiman central Church which was then followed by a drama by Busunya district to entertain the youth.
