The Ghana team, led by Lead Apostle Oppong-Brenya en route to the IYC

In the spirit of oneness of the New Apostolic family, the International Youth Conference 2019 (IYC) came to live in many countries as the youth around the world took part in the IYC held in Dusseldorf (Germany) via video conferencing.

On Saturday 1st June 2019, it was the turn of Ghana as youth members of the Accra District joined the celebrations to interact with their leaders, District Apostle Ehrich and Lead Apostle Oppong-Brenya as well as participating brethren from Ghana and Germany.

Led by Apostle Benjamin Ohene-Saffo in Accra at the East Legon congregation, the 30-minute interaction involved the sharing of goodwill messages, singing of songs and a hearty welcome and appreciation of the invitation by the District Apostle to the 50th anniversary celebrations in Ghana next year.

Shepherd Karel De Heer (Rector for East Legon congregation), the Youth leader and deputy for the Accra Apostle Area, Community Evangelists Osei-Boateng and Odum as well as Priests Samuel Tetteh and Daniel Adzavon were in attendance to support the occasion.
