Apostle Benjamin Ohene-Saffo being welcomed by little Comfort
13 January 2019

On the 31st December 2018, Apostle Benjamin Ohene-Saffo of the Accra Apostle area conducted a divine service for 293 souls at the Madina Congregation. He was accompanied by District Elder Eric Arhin (Accra West District Leader).

The text word for the divine service was taken from 2 Timothy 4:7 (NKJV), ‘I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith.’

In his opening words, Apostle Benjamin Ohene-Saffo encouraged the members that there is the need to always be in the house of the Lord so we can receive the blessing of the Father and partake of the grace which He has established in this world for us, giving us the ability to be called children of God.

In speaking his thoughts on the text word, Apostle Ohene-Saffo explained that as the year comes to an end, it is important we take into account if we have lived according to our promise to the Father of being with Him all the days of our lives.

The Apostle explained that Apostle Paul wrote the letter to Timothy, after having realised that he had come to the end of his life but had fought a good fight. The Apostle therefore advised that members should live a life worthy of same declaration as Apostle Paul did. He asked that we should give thanks to Jesus Christ for the victory He has given us and never give up but remain faithful to the end.

In conclusion, he urged that, just as God extends His hand to all those who implore His help in their times of weakness in faith, our task is to continue to wrestle for each soul in prayer so that we can receive the crown together on the day of the Lord.

Apostle Benjamin Ohene-Saffo was supported District Elder Eric Arhin, Shepherd Jones Kyere, Priests Bassil Damankah, Bright Samlafo, Peter Owusu and Agyemang. The Apostle also sealed 42 souls.
