23 March 2018

The Youth in the Sogakope District of the Volta South Apostle Area in Ghana embraced the admonition to Love Thy Neighbour as Thyself and mapped out strategies to promote fellowship and empathy for one another towards spiritual growth in the Lord’s vineyard.

Consequently, the Youth Executives converged at Tsavanya to plan the 6th edition of their Youth Day slated for 2nd June, 2018 at Anloga.  Invitation was extended to selected ministers.  Discussions were also held in connection with participation in the forthcoming Joint Apostle Areas Youth Camp in Accra.  Priest Sampson Nukporfe, the Youth Chairman, advised the youth to take keen interest in such faith and capacity building gatherings by ‘hook or crook’ to acquire its enormous benefits.

The Youth Executives partly reviewed their Constitution to suit their needs.

In a related development, 25 Sisters had a one day Bible Class at Kave.   Relevant issues discussed were False prophets/spirits, Attitude of a Faithful Christian Sister, Holiness and Friendliness. District Evangelist Edwin Agbavitor and Shepherd Geoffrey Amedoe facilitated the Bible Class.  District Evangelist Simon Goka and Rector Delali Agbozo witnessed both functions which were successful.
