On Friday August 11th, Bishop Charles Addo Asare and his assistant, held a Basic 3 Seminar for 22 ministers and Sunday School teachers at Swedru in the Central region. In a very warm and brotherly atmosphere, Bishop Asare explained God's Plan of Salvation and Conflict Resolution to the participants.
The brothers and sisters attending the seminar were encouraged to take part in various individual and group role plays. This part of the seminar did not only encouraged individual participation but also allowed our brothers and sisters to work together in groups.
On Saturday, August 12th, Bishop Asare held a second seminar at Agona Nkwanta. It was attended by 24 ministers and Sunday School teachers.
Similar to the seminar held at Swedru, our brothers were very active in discussion of the topics covered by Bishop Asare. In individual and group role plays, the brothers brought their understanding of God's Plan of Salvation across thereby allowing Bishop Asare to help them with a better understanding as described in the Basic 3 manual.
At both Swedru and Agona Nkwanta, the brothers and sisters testified that they have learned a lot that will help bring both the gospel of Jesus and fostering human relationship to their respective congregations.
Bishop Asare was accompanied by his assistant, Shepherd Karel de Heer.
