Ministers and families Choir

Apostle Samuel Oppong-Brenya conducted a divine service for Ministers and their families at the Accra Central Church for the Accra Apostle area on the 3rd of December 2016. This is the eleventh of  such divine services the Apostle has conducted in the course of the year.

The basis of the divine service was from Deuteronomy 29:18, “Lest there should be among you man, or woman or family, or tribe, whose heart turned away this day from the LORD our God, to go and serve the gods of these nations, lest there should be among you a root that beareth gall and wormwood.”

The Apostle warned the Ministers and their families about an evil heart of unbelief, departing from the living God and follow false doctrines, or idolatrous persons among themselves. He pointed among other things that a good family should be


  • - taught God's word, Deuteronomy 4:9-10
  • - worship together, 1 Corinthians 16:19
  • - be regulated, 1 Timothy 3:4-5, Proverbs 31:27
  • - live in unity, Genesis 45:24
  • - live in mutual forbearance Genesis 50:17-21


Three hundred and sixty Ministers and families attended the divine service. Three Shepherds and five Community Evangelists were ordained for various congregations. Accompanying Apostle Oppong-Brenya was Apostle Afutu Kotei who takes care of Accra Apostle area.
