Sunday school children and their teachers

The peak of the three day journey of Apostle Samuel Oppong-Brenya was at Kasoa, about twenty five kilometers from Accra Central on the Accra -Cape Coast-Takoradi high way. It can be said that Kasoa is most probably the fastest developing municipality in the country in terms of infrastructure and population growth.

It took over one hour from Accra to reach our church at Kasoa because of heavy vehicular traffic and congestion. Waiting to welcome the Apostle were over sixty Sunday school children and their teachers

The text word was Matthew 6:11 “Give us this day our daily bread”. The Apostle classified bread into three thus,
Bread as food for the body, Proverbs 30:8
Bread as food for the soul, Jeremiah 15:16
Bread of life representing the body of Jesus Christ, John 6:51

Four hundred and twelve members and guests attended the divine service. Eighty five souls were sealed. Some Ministerial acts were also carried out. One Shepherd, two Community Evangelists, one Priest, and five Deacons were ordained.
