On the 12th January 2016, five Bishops from Ghana were ordained as Apostles by the Chief Apostle in Yamoussoukro (Ivory Coast.) Four of them were in charge of seminars in their respective districts. The District Apostle decided that some District Elders should be trained to support the Apostles now without Bishops.
The three new "Chief Tutors"; District Elders - Kingsford Ansah from Dunkwa Apostle district, S.M.S. Brenyah from Nkawkaw Apostle district and Richard Osei also from Volta Central Apostle district were all commissioned  by their respective Apostles for the job.

On 22nd and 23rd of March 2016 a seminar was successfully organized for the Chief Tutors in Accra by Bishop Eric  Ampadu (rtd) and Bishop Charles Addo Asare of Accra.
