On Sunday 21st April, 2024, at Accra Central in the Accra Apostle working area, Apostle Charles Addo Asare held a united divine service to bless 46 confirmands from Accra East and West districts.
The text word for the divine service was taken from John 14:6a “Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life...”
Apostle Asare remarked that the day was a special one to confirmands, the members and even to family and friends who have come to support these young brethren. “May our Heavenly Father bless every soul”, he prayed.
He advised that in order for the confirmands, and every member, to remain in the house of God, Christ and His Apostles must be followed as this will lead to eternal life as God has promised through His Son Jesus Christ.
The Apostle concluded the sermon by the words “My dear confirmands, and congregants, let us hold fast the laws of God and the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ and live our lives as Christ wants us to do.”
Before the confirmation blessing, Sister Christina Genfior read a special letter from the Chief Apostle to the confirmands, and the entire united congregation.
The service was supported by District Rectors Owusu Acquah and Asempanyi, Shepherd Solomon Adu and Priest Sowah.
