On Sunday, November 24, 2024, the Accra Central will host a first time, historic festive divine service with the Chief Apostle, Jean-Luc Schneider and all District Apostles around the world.

As the anticipation builds for this occasion, some works have been done at the Accra Central Church to enhance the facility.

  • The premise has been freshly painted to improve it’s look
  • A 3D signage labelling the church name & branch has been mounted atop the roof
  • A new wooden altar with an embossment of the Church’s altar has been installed
  • The inner-seating arrangement has been redesigned to increase seating capacity
  • The washrooms have been upgraded with new and additional sanitary wares
  • Another pedestrian gate has been added to the already existing two (2) to efficiently regulate and manage footfall traffic.
  • An elevated speed ramp has been installed at the church’s main vehicle entrance to regulate vehicle traffic
  • New audio-visual equipment have been installed and tested for the occasion

With these enhancements, the Accra Central Church is ready to host the Chief Apostle, and over and deliver an exceptional, relaxing atmosphere and experience for all who would attend the service.

Accra Central is part of the Accra West District, Accra Apostle Working Area. It was built in 1988 during the Apostleship of the late Isaac Kankam with a capacity of 2,500. It is the largest church auditorium in Ghana and the de-facto venue for most united divine services and combined church events in Accra.
