As Apostle Paul encouraged the congregants to take care of the widows in the Church, Bishop Kesse (Konongo Apostle Area) has been celebrating Christmas with widows in the Apostle Area every year. This year’s celebration happened at Ayokoa Congregation on 24th December, 2024, where 10 women were given some food and cash items.
Bishop Charles Kesse advised the women, despite been alone in life, that they should not allow the effects of the world separate them from God. “God is capable of protecting and comforting widows”, he said. The Bishop encouraged them to continue to be steadfast in Christ.
Bishop Charles Kesse was accompanied by the New Edubiase District Rector, Opoku Ababio.
