On Sunday the 22nd day of June, 2025, Techiman Central Church in the Techiman district hosted Apostle Paul Yaw Kyeremeh as led a divine service speaking about persevering to gain the promises of God.
The text word for this divine service was taken from Hebrews 10:36 “You need to persevere so that when you have done the will of God, you will receive what he has promised”.
Gratefulness, supplication and obedience
The Apostle advised all not to take for granted God’s continuous lovingkindness and grace. He encouraged members to always be grateful to God, whiles also seeking His face in all their cares and doing His will. “God neither sleeps nor slumber, He is a listening God who listens to the woes of His children. We should do the will of God while we are alive, because time and tide wait for no man and procrastination is the thief of time.”
Perseverance is key
“Perseverance is key”, the Techiman leader said. “Jesus Christ persevered in carrying His cross.” As followers of Christ, we are encouraged to meditate on the word of God, listen to the word of God and obey God’s will to give us the strength to persevere and also be patient. “Perseverance and patience are key to help us enter the kingdom of God.” In concluding, Apostle Kyeremeh entreated members to be patient in trusting God’s words and persevere in obeying God’s will to have a portion in Gods Kingdom.
Apostle Kyeremeh was assisted by District Elder Abrefa Noah (District Rector, Techiman District), District Evangelist Daniel Jabisi (Deputy District Rector, Techiman District), Shepherds Ntim Williams (Rector for Techiman Central church) and Adjei Philemon, Priest Bright Mensah, Deacon Samuel Adarkwa.
