On the 5th of July, 2025, a seminar was held for Ministers, Sunday School and Confirmation Class teachers in the Tarkwa District in the Western Region.

The Seminar was facilitated by District Rector Samuel Agyapong and Deputy District Rector Paul Awuah.

Some of the topics covered during the seminar were:

• Filling of the Yellow Book
• The Divine Service
• Prayer Service with and without Liturgical form
• Dispensation of Sacraments and Acts of Blessing in the Divine Service

Some participants were made to demonstrate some of the aspect like retiring and ordination of ministers. Participants were encouraged to go to their various congregation to make positive impact from the lesson from the seminar.

In attendance were 17 members.
