Apostle Kuada advising Sunday school after being welcomed
8 January 2026

On Sunday, 28th December 2025, Apostle Anthony Kofi Kuada (Volta South Apostle Area) conducted a divine service in the Frankadua District at the Juapong Congregation.

As the final Sunday service of the year, the gathering brought together approximately 345 members from across the working area. He was assisted by District Ministers Dr. Samuel Konu (Sogakope District) and Deputy District Rector Kingsley Yibor (Adaklu Tordzenu District).
The text word for the service was taken from Psalm 103:2: “Bless the Lord, O my soul, and forget not all His benefits.”

In his sermon, Apostle Kuada congratulated both ministers and members for keeping their faith in Christ throughout the year. He encouraged all to remain steadfast and offered the following reminders:

  • Re‑examine yourself to determine whether you fulfilled what was expected of you, and make the necessary adjustments in the coming year.
  • Acknowledge the goodness of the Lord. Human beings have no power over difficult situations; they came, yet God carried us through.
  • Reflect on your purpose for attending divine service. Let us all cultivate a sincere and divine purpose in following Jesus Christ and His Apostles.
  • Do not forget the Lord’s deeds. God has not forgotten you in any way. True gratitude to God is shown by loving your neighbour as yourself and loving God wholeheartedly.
  • Win more souls for Christ. Ask yourself: “How many souls have I won for the Lord this year? Why are others not willing to follow me to divine service?” Instead of complaining, let us examine our attitude towards the work of God.

Apostle Kuada concluded by urging the congregation to enter the new year with renewed commitment, gratitude, and a deeper desire to serve the Lord faithfully.
