The 2026 Pentecost Festive Concert, held at Silvertown Church in Cape Town, South Africa, concluded joyfully, leaving a lasting spiritual impression on all who participated—both in person and online.
Although many members of the Ghanaian community were unable to travel to South Africa, they were able to share fully in the blessings of the occasion through live streaming on social media platforms. Across homes and churches, families and congregations gathered to watch via YouTube on smartphones, televisions, and projectors. At Hohoe Central Church, a special live screening brought together members from across the district, fostering a strong sense of unity and fellowship.
The one-hour-and-fifty-minute program was graced by the presence of the Chief Apostle, the Chief Apostle Helper, all District Apostles, and members of the church in South Africa. The Chief Apostle prayerfully opened the concert, setting a reverent and uplifting tone for the evening.
The program featured inspiring performances by the choir, orchestra, youth choir, and soloists. Their harmonious and spirit-filled presentations created an atmosphere of worship and reflection, touching hearts both in the auditorium and among viewers around the world.
Many who joined the service described it as deeply uplifting and spiritually enriching. Despite the physical distance, members experienced a strong sense of togetherness and renewal. There was a shared appreciation for the opportunity to participate, as well as heartfelt gratitude to the organizers and church leadership for making the concert accessible to all.
Through this global celebration of music and faith, the Pentecost Festive Concert once again demonstrated the unity of the church and the power of worship to bring believers together, regardless of location.
