The Women’s Group of the Cape Coast Apostle Area successfully held its maiden convention, bringing together women from the various districts within the area. The historic event took place at the Fosu College of Education in the Assin Fosu District from 27th to 30th August 2026.
The convention was organized to promote spiritual growth, fellowship, capacity building, and unity among women across the districts of the Apostle Area.
A variety of activities were carefully planned and executed, with participants demonstrating great enthusiasm and commitment throughout the event. These activities were designed to inspire and empower the women in their family lives and personal welfare, while also encouraging their active participation in church activities and service to God within their districts and congregations.
The programme featured daily devotions, presentations by invited resource persons, interactive sessions, a float through the host campus, and a musical competition. The convention reached its climax on the final day with a Divine Service officiated by Apostle Emmanuel Quansah, the Apostle in charge of the Cape Coast Apostle Area.
