Over 320 youth of the Koforidua Apostle Working Area, comprising 14 districts, gathered at Asamankese St. Thomas Senior High Technical School from Thursday, 3rd to Sunday, 6th September 2026 for the 2026 Youth Camp. The four-day programme provided a unique opportunity for fellowship, social interaction, spiritual growth, and enriching teachings aimed at strengthening and deepening the youth's Christian faith.

Day 1: Arrival, Welcome, and Opening Ceremony
The camp atmosphere came alive from 11:00 AM as enthusiastic participants arrived at the venue. Apostle Daniel Frimpong warmly welcomed the participants and encouraged them to make the most of the camp. The host district, Asamankese, then treated attendees to a brief but impressive opening ceremony, creating an atmosphere of excitement and officially setting the programme in motion.

Day 2: Spiritual Teachings and Activities
The second day commenced with a morning service conducted by District Rector Emmanuel Martey and Deputy District Rector Ebenezer Okyere. The day was filled with impactful teachings and engaging activities designed to nurture both spiritual and personal growth.

• The Area Youth Leader, District Rector Amos Amuzu, led a comprehensive lesson on Holy Baptism with Water.
• Sister Sandra Okanta delivered a thought-provoking presentation on Standing Firm in a Changing World, encouraging the youth to remain steadfast in their Christian faith despite the challenges and uncertainties of modern society.
• Priest Solomon Tetteh also presented an inspiring session on Your Mindset, urging participants to cultivate a positive and resilient outlook that would enable them to overcome challenges and achieve meaningful progress in life.

The day also featured a Sword Drill competition, a float through the principal streets of the town, and an interactive Time with the Apostle session. Activities concluded with a hilarious and entertaining drama performance by the youth of the Asamankese and Koforidua Districts, leaving participants with both laughter and valuable lessons.

Day 3: Education, Sports, and Quiz Competition
The third day featured four enlightening presentations on:

• The History of the New Apostolic Church
• Substance Abuse and Its Effects
• What a New Apostolic Member Does and Does Not Do
• Without a Mess

In the afternoon, sports enthusiasts participated in various sporting disciplines and recreational games. Outstanding performers were recognised and rewarded with trophies for their achievements. The evening was marked by an exciting quiz competition, during which contestants displayed remarkable knowledge and intellectual agility. The day's activities concluded with a choir rehearsal in preparation for the divine service on Sunday.

Day 4: Divine service
The four-day Youth Camp reached its spiritual climax with a divine service conducted by Apostle Daniel Frimpong. The Bible text for the service was taken from 1 John 5:8: “And there are three that bear witness on earth: the Spirit, the water, and the blood; and these three agree as one.”

In his sermon, Apostle Daniel Frimpong explained that there are many witnesses testifying of Jesus Christ. He reminded the youth that salvation is found only in the Lord Jesus Christ and encouraged them to remain obedient to His word, steadfast in the Church, and faithful until the end.

Strength Through the Holy Spirit
The Apostle urged the youth to continually seek the guidance, strength, and companionship of the Holy Spirit, so that they would be empowered to faithfully fulfil God's will and complete their spiritual journey successfully.

Love
Speaking on the importance of love, Apostle Frimpong advised the youth not to harbour hatred, even toward those who may oppose them. Instead, they should demonstrate kindness, compassion, forgiveness, and Christ-like love toward all people.

Unity
He further encouraged the youth to remain united with one another and with the leaders of the Church, emphasizing that unity is essential for the growth, progress, and stability of God's work.
