The Dunkwa Apostle Area held its 2026 Annual Youth Camp at Jukwa in the Central Region of Ghana from 10th to 13th September 2026. The camp brought together brothers and sisters from various districts for a memorable period of worship, bonding, and wholesome activities.

As part of the programme, participants visited the Kakum National Park on 10th September. The park, one of Ghana's most popular tourist attractions, was an ideal destination due to its close proximity to Jukwa, approximately a 10 to 15-minute drive away. The excursion provided an enjoyable and educational experience, allowing participants to appreciate the beauty of nature while strengthening friendships.

The following day featured a variety of recreational activities and fun games, promoting teamwork, physical fitness, and healthy competition among the youth.

On Saturday, the campers embarked on a health walk through the principal streets of Jukwa, publicly announcing their presence in the community while promoting healthy living. Later in the day, participants competed in various sporting events, including the 100-metre and 200-metre races, football matches, and a Bible quiz competition.

At the end of the competitions, Twifo Praso District emerged as the overall winners of the sporting events, while Asankragua District claimed victory in the Bible quiz competition.

Participants expressed their joy and appreciation for the well-organised programme and looked forward to even more enriching and exciting youth camp experiences in the years ahead.
